Positively Influencing The Community with Heart, INC (P.I.T.C.H. Inc) is a 501(c)(3) that was created to serve Midlands residents suffering from homelessness. In 2017, during a visit to local shelter Christ Central Ministries, PITCH's founder, Kristie Jordan, was inspired to create an organization that could provide basic hygiene items for homeless women. Many of the women at the shelter typically went without feminine hygiene items every month, and that need birthed the idea for PITCH. What initially started out as a GoFundMe to donate hygiene items to homeless women has turned into a nonprofit organization. PITCH aims to not only serve our Midlands neighbors, but also provide opportunities for people like yourself to simply "PITCH IN". Whether this be in the form of monetary funds or volunteering your time, PITCH is very active in the community and supports other service events and organizations.
